From what time can you check into the hotel?

The check in time is from 2 pm and the check out time is until 12 pm. Our reception hours are from 08:30 to 23 hours. If you are going to arrive later, you must call us to let us know.

What time is breakfast?

Our breakfast hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you need to have breakfast before for any reason, let us know when you arrive.

Can you have lunch or dinner at the hotel?

Yes, both. Our lunch service is from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinners from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For dinners, it is convenient to book in advance on the day of arrival, as we have a menu that changes every day. For meals, we have a small menu that you can see in the restaurant section of our website. If you have an intolerance to lactose, gluten or something else, let us know so we can take it into account.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Inside the hotel we have private outdoor parking for free use for clients.

 When is the pool open?

Our pool is open from April to October, since the good weather in the area allows it to be open and to bathe during all these months.

Can you pick us up from the airport?

Yes, we can arrange transport both to pick you up and to take you to the airport from the hotel. Please contact us directly if you are interested in this option.

Reservation and cancellation policies and conditions
The hotel will have available for the guests, the room contracted on date according to the reservation made, after sending confirmation, according to the following conditions:

To make the reservation, the guest will have to provide a credit card, which will be used only to guarantee your reservation (except NON REFUNDABLE RATES or when it is a reservation with more than 2 rooms, 30% of the total will be charged of the reservation for confirmation). If you cancel or change the reservation before 7 days of arrival, the hotel will not charge (except when the reservation is NON REFUNDABLE RATES or for more than two rooms, the amount charged will not be refunded). If you cancel or change your reservation in previous 7 days at the check in the hotel will charge 100% of the first night. If you do not show at the hotel, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
